It's just a mosaic of clear tesserae on a clear base with blue frit filling in the gaps. So easy!

@RachelStitches: Fused glass products are all usually around 1/4 inch thick and are quite sturdy! They will break, but normal usage and hand-washing ensure a long lifetime of use. Not to worry!
