I made these both for jo_mama in the OWS.

This one is a Altoid Shrine without the lid. I used glitter paper from the scrapbook isle since I could not get a good coverage of loose glitter. I glued on the top brooch and all the rinestones and it took forever! haha. I painted the sweet little Mary figure white with acrylic paints.

And this pocket sized one i did from a Mini Altoid tin. I covered the lid with polymer clay, painted it and added a plastic flower. I used the same glitter paper for the inside along with a Virgin sticker i found at the dollar store.

I absolutely love this!  They are so beautiful.  How refreshing to see someone crafting and venerating Our Blessed Mother.  You have spured so many ideas for me.  Thank you for sharing!

It's subtle and glitzy all at the same time! Love the use of the stones and brooch. Great job.
