This dress is so good! You did such a great job. I've got so many similar patterns but am trying to get the guts to attempt one. Love it.

Not bored at all..I think you make very beautifull dresses..Also the short weddingdress with the long peticoat undrneath is very daring and very original I think..with daring I mean (such combination can realy be a blooper..But the way you did it (also with the olordifferene I have got something like:hey this is something new and even estetic..Thanks for sharing this..I will check out your other work and sites later..

Thank you very much. The long petticoat with the different colours was the bride's idea. I enjoyed realising her dress dream.

That is an awesome piece of work and you look perfect in it. I like the dress with the petticoats. Would you mind telling me how much fabric total i would need to get started?

once in a while you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right

Thank you. That very much depends on how wide your fabric is and what size you are making (plus the length of the skirt in case you would like it shorter or longer) The dress I made is about a size UK10 and I used roughly 3 meters of 45" fabric plus lining and interfacing for the bodice. I can't remember how much that was. I used scraps. I hope this helps. I recommend you start of with a pattern. There are lots of similar styles out there from the big companies. They will tell you on the back of the envelope how much you will need according to the size you would like to make.
