I have recently been on a course looking at weaving without a conventional loom.  It was a great chance to try new ideas, and incorporate natural objects.  This sample is made from slate, driftwood and coloured warp.  The weft is made from the same coloured warp.

I have some other samples from the class, I shall take some photos and share.  The classes were with Louise Martin, who is a fantastic weaver (and tutor!).  Her website has some amazing images.
