thanks gavagai you're actually a terrible bad cop, too nice, lol! 

so it being the end of the swap, i get to claim from Krafty_Karasu since i was first up in April. problem is i don't need fabric and it would cost a lot to ship to the UK. would one of you lovely seamstress' want to claim from her and in return send something to me? 

I'd be glad to do that for you!    PM me and we can work out the details!

oh, and I forgot to warn you A2K; there is a LOT of tape on your package because, well, stupid me...I forgot to put your beaded fringe in the package (but ask any of my swap partners.  there's ALWAYS a lot of tape on the packages I send.  even if it's just ATCs).  >_<  I realized it after I got it all taped up and put the tape away.  I saw it and sat down with the package in one hand and scissors in the other.  and it is all packed in there TIGHT.  I am a whiz when it comes to packing these things though (even though I had one single swap item break and my partner and I still don't know how it broke).  I did have to hold the package between my chin and chest to keep it closed while getting the tape ready.  lol.  I thought the box was bigger!!!  but I didn't want to use a huge one, and that was the only other size I had.  so I crammed it in there.  so more fair warning; the fabric will need MAJOR ironing.

i find that the more tape you put on an ATC envelope the less chance there is of the PO shoving it into some machine that will destroy it

I hate that international shipping takes so long!!!  it seems like forever since my stuff was sent (to me and from me).  hurry your butts up postal workers!  get those packages where they need to go...NOW!

don't get me started! i love how the prices are so high, yet the service keeps declining. this month i've had antique photos delivered to me go missing, and received mail for 3 of my neighbours. i know they are going to try and blame it on the Olympics, but they haven't even started yet!

lol.  sorry.  I just expected at least the package to amycavy would have made it by now, and that my package from gavagai would be here!  you were a couple of days after that, so I'm not surprised it's not here yet.    this is crazy!  if I hear them blame it on the Olympics, I will be screaming!!!

wait...maybe I'm not thinking right...no.  I was right (had me frightened there for a second!)  she's in the UK.  so she's in the same situation.
