I stumbled across this English Muffin bread recipe on Pinterest today and decided I had to try it!

I don't have much experience making bread but I didn't need it. This was SO easy and it turned out SO yummy. It's especially good when it's toasted with butter... but what isn't? Smiley



The recipe makes 4 loaves but from reading the comments on the original recipe, it sounds like it can be frozen. I'm not sure we'll need to do that though, we've already eaten a loaf and a half!
