Here's what I cooked up today in my kitchen! Banoffee Pie...*drool!*

http://i303.photobucket.com/albums/nn159/bajita42/IMG_1659.jpg

There are only 3 ingredients, a can of sweetened condensed milk, 3 ripe bananas, and a ready to use graham cracker pie crust. Basically, you make caramel (aka dulce de leche) with the sweetened milk, brown the crust according to the package's directions, pour part of the toffee into the cooled pie shell, slice the bananas and top with the rest of the toffee.

I topped my slice with Ready Whip and pecans and my son had his topped with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Both were so good! I definitely recommend everyone trying this one. Cheesy

This looks... Really really good. o.o  I imagine it'd be good too if you used other fruit (Like apples!).  Though I guess you'd have to bake apple slices, or partially bake the crust, fill it and bake it again so it'd be a little less easy... (or, saute sliced apples with some butter, cinnamon and sugar maybe?  Uh... did I mention that I live in Washington so we have easy access to apples?  Lol.)  Still, yum!
