will you crochet for me?

i posted this in the craftster classifieds but haven't had any luck yet, so i thought i'd try here!

sooo... i absolutely ADORE these little crochetted earrings found here:

but i don't love the $36US plus shipping price tag. i have no idea how much time or effort is required to make a few of the little pieces but i'd love to trade for them, or pay, or a combination of both.  i love to make jewelery and in past trades, i've had people find me pictures of jewelery they like and i've recreated them...or whatever works for you!

those earrings look incredibly easy to make - all of them.. It is appalling that they are charging so much - but on the other hand it gives me hope that there is a higher financial market out there for crocheted things!

Which pair did you like or are you loving all of them?

well..my favourites would be the doily ones, perhaps in black, or the chandelier ones. they're both pretty high on the awesome meter.

What size thread and hook to you suppose they used for those?
They look so easy, but looks can be deceiving.
I think I will try to make some!

i made the chandalier and the round ones.i used size 10 thread.they both took about 20 min each to make.the stitches are pretty simple if you study the picture.they both hold shape pretty well but i used a thin sugar stiffener on the chandalier one and it turned out great.these are quick and fun to make.enjoy

ginaj -  can you tell me how you made them?  i would love to make some of those, but im so bad at telling what stitch is what when i comes to looking at already made items.
