I've been working on a few little hand made decorations for Valentine's Day, and I'd like to continue sharing.

(of course I had to do the artsy effects)

Trace the letters on scrapbook paper. I flipped the letters upside down when I did this, not sure if it matters, but it sure didn't hurt Smiley

Cut out the letters.

Paint the wooden letters. I used red, and I also painted both sides.

Mod podge the paper letters to the wooden letters. I used to layers of mod podge on top. Let try, and cut off any extra paper with an X-acto knife. I love this one because the blade turns a full circle.

The next few pictures are just random ones I took to show off my work Cheesy

Enjoy!

Great decorations! Are they attached to each other at all?

This is such a beautiful piece. It would look great on a mantle.
