Pinwheel Doily Crochet Blanket

Many-many different sized pinwheel crochet doilies in all the colors of the rainbow (and some more) joined with freeform black netting for the most whimsical blanket I've ever created!
The inspiration came from here: http://pinterest.com/pin/1055599882238106/.
The most difficult part was joining... I'm not a "freeform type", I really had to fight my "mathematician part" for not creating something regular...  
For me it worth. (Next ones are WIP!!!) I hope You like it!

This is gorgeous, I really love it!  In the first picture it reminds me of those pictures of water worn stones that you get, with the round, organic looking shapes.  Except in shiny bright colours, obviously.  It's just beautiful.

Thank You!!! Yes, that part is the most difficult for me too... I'm a very ordinary, geometric type person and making freeform is a little bit against my nature.  But it's too cool for not trying it!
