I've recently become a but obsessed with the Julep nail polishes and their Maven program.  Today when i came to work, there was a Maven box waiting on my desk (I had been on vacation) with some beautiful spring shades inside.  I ended up using the "Alicia", a soft salmon color, as my base coat.  Alone it was beautiful, but I felt I needed something else with it.  I happened to have two Essie polishes in my purse (Luxe Effects "Shine of the Times" and "Exotic Liras").  I tried the "Shine of the Times" over the "Alicia" on a plastic spoon I had in my desk drawer - it was beautiful, but not quite what I was looking for.  I took out the "Exotic Liras" and decided I had to have polka dots!  It worked so well on my Dalek Nails (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=403749.0) so I wanted to do it again.  I used a pearl head pin to create the dots by dipping it in the polish and then dotting the nail.  After it dried for an hour, I added a clear coat to seal it.  I can't stop staring at my nails while typing LOL

Thanks!  Click here and use coupon code SHAREONMARCH to get your maven box for only ONE PENNY (ues $0.01)!  That coupon should still be good, but I wouldn't sit on it for too long.  Their polishes go on so smooth and last really well.
