I had pinned this tutorial (http://incolororder.blogspot.com/2011/10/lined-drawstring-bag-tutorial.html) a while back because I am a pinaholic.  My cousin faithfully stalks my Pinterest and liked the bag as well so she asked if I could make one for her daughter for her dance shoes.  I made a trial run first.  It was so cute and easy!  The tutorial author also offers a pattern that includes other sizes and a formula for coming up with your own size.  Granted I could figure these measurements out on my own BUT, math isn't my strong suit and I'd rather spend my time sewing than figuring. Wink  And the pattern is only about $6 so it was well worth it IMO to let someone else do the figuring.  Anyway, my pics aren't great but here are all of the ones I made.  The one with the girls on it was for the dance shoes.  The rest were for my son's speech therapist to store all of her little activity pieces in.  Thanks for looking!

Very pretty, you've used some funky fabrics there.

Look twice, buy once. Nooooo
Look twice, decide I can make one instead.
