We moved recently, and so that means  lots of UFO's (un finished objects) have come to the surface.  On a voyage into the pile of fabric that will be the guest room one day, I found the following project.  I had cut it out from some cotton waffle weave and a cool piece of IKEA canvas I bought a few years ago.

That is a north American sized paper towel (I dunno...are they different sizes in different counties?) roll in the first pic...

The stork is a pocket.  I added the salvage in respect of the designer.  I got it at IKEA and I feel in love with the idea of the squirrel trying to break into the bird cage to get at the bird inside with a cheese knife.  Then I saw the rabbit and the turtle and I had to have it.  I got it on the end of season sale, so it was probably 2008 when I got it.  It is a nice weight canvas.  The straps are long enough that I can put them over my head and wear cross shoulder.  I could also carry a small child in it if needed Grin....and 4 of Cosmo  Grin  Grin

Oversea- IKEA seems to have much more fun stuff than we do, actually. Great fabric, suereal! The stuff they sell over here is always sadly tasteful and minimalistically colorless Wink
I really like that you kept the designer's tag on it Grin
