Here's another project that's been on my To-Do list for ages, that I finally got around to making. I bought an ugly wallet, spray painted it , and stenciled on the Tardis with acrylic paint. I just need to seal it with something so it lasts. Any suggestions? (and gotta add the words to the panel on the left, but will do when I've had less coffee) Shocked
I really like how it turned out. Thankyee for looking  Smiley

Not sure what would work to seal it. I might try ModPodge. But amazing job! I love DW and you did the TARDIS justice! Are you planning on painting the inside?  Cheesy

That's so cool!! All this Dr Who crafty stuff keeps making me think I should make something Dr Who themed for my own Doctor fan.

Modge Podge might work.I had completely forgotten about that. (I know, I just committed a huge crafting sin!) I like spray-on sealants, but haven't found one that won't make the paint run, so I may have to go with Modge Podge.

I hadn't planned on painting the inside, since it's got the card holders and a little zip pocket, which is fine, I think. Any painting I would do would end up getting covered, anyway.

I love it! I want it! Grin

I use Krylon clear glaze or just any lacquer for my projects. I use a spray paint can gun on them because it makes it easier to shoot steady and evenly and I just shoot light layers over the course of a day. That way it doesn't run or smudge. Personally, I am not a fan of mod podge because of the streaks it leaves but that might just be me! I did see Walmart has a canned sealant in the brand now too, so that may work! Smiley

Anyway, awesome! I love your wallet!

I would give it a few coats of acrylic sealant or artist's varnish myself.  The more coats the better!

It's really awesome, protect that Whovian goodness!
