It was pretty easy. A single or double crochet will do the trick! The t-shirts are also pretty forgiving.
If doing round parts is hard, you could also make a rectangle one, and just crochet it in rows.

Nice job.  It's hard to keep these rounded rugs nice and flat, and you have certainly accomplished that.
