Some new ATC I made recently:

As usual, it's drawn with graphic markers and an 0.4 black pen.

Also, I tried my hand at collage:

I think it's okay, not that good, but people here do such beautiful things with collage I thought I'd give it a go. Any tips for improvement?

Your birds are splendid, you have a lovely talent.

Hmm, perhaps the collage would look more together if all the elements were the same resolution? The postcard background is overly pixelated in comparison with the bird, particularly. But your composition is fine.

Thank you!
And Antidigger, that makes sense! I'll take it into consideration.

the flock of bird ATC's are so gorgeous....I really love the blue one!

I find with collage that edging the elements I cut out with ink before putting them down or using a little charcoal outline after (smudged with my finger) to blend in to the background more (so you don't see those white cut edges) really helps to make things more cohesive.  Also laying a thin wash of colour on top of everything can also pull it all together.  You've got a good eye for composition...have fun playing with it Smiley

Thank you! And as regards to the inking/charcoal thing, I'll give it a try, it's a great idea, thanks!
