I've made a few of these in the last couple weeks as custom orders, gifts for new moms, and soon for me!  This Changing pad clutch is my design and I did write up a tutorial for it on my blog.

http://www.vibrant-designs.net/2011/01/duo-pocket-changing-pad-tutorial.html

This one was for a little girl--first girl of the family and last baby Smiley  Actually, she arrived just yesterday morning!!  Her mommy is already putting tons of big flowers on her head!  Too cute.

This next one was made for a baby boy who is a few weeks old now.  His grandma wanted matching clutches for herself and the baby's mommy.  I coordinated the diaper bags and the clutches color schemes but made them each different.

This last one I just finished up yesterday and mailed out to a friend.  I've been making some cloth diapers for my newest arrival lately and wanted to see how the clutch handled for a mom who was cloth diapering!  I was able to stuff 2 diapers and a pack of travel wipes in the clutch.  If you are a cloth diapering mommy and want to make this, I would recommend adding an additional 2-3" to the length of the fabric piece in the tutorial.  This should afford more space for the cloth diapers.

So what do you think?  It's an easy gift to sew together for the mom who likes handmade gifts...

Hi there,

These are incredible! I am going to totally piggy-back on the previous replier by saying, that I'm loving the non-baby print fabrics.  (Nice blog by the way).

You should totally shout from the mountain tops about this because these are very cool and from the pictures look very well made. Nice job.  they are really wonderful.

Thanks for sharing.
