I made this from an old sheet. It was originally a muslin... but the actual finishing was fairly simple.. so I finished it.

The pattern calls for a knit and this is not a knit. I now know that I will have to do a full bust adjustment no matter the fabric I use for this patten! Even so, I think it turned out very nice.

This bust by no means fits me. I'm fairly sure it's not worth the fixing. I'll just give it away.

The front.

I lined it with an old pillow case in a fun color.

Hanging on a door. Halters never hang on a hanger very well.

Your garment is a lovely colour & it's a shame you're unable to wear it. I'm sure the person who receives it will appreciate it. Best of luck with your FBA & I look forward to seeing you in the next one you make.

Best wishes for great sewing.

Thanks!
By the time I went to finish it I knew it wouldn't fit. I did it to do it.

I will admit to being a bit nervous about slicing up my pattern to fix it though!

Very pretty 'sheet and pillow case' gown.  I love the amount of fabric in a sheet.  Whomever receives dress will love it.
