We took Trevor this morning on a walk through town

He admired the city hall:

And had a nice view from the other side of the building:

At first the lion with the sword frightned him, but he's a brave bear and made a little dance in stead of running

And in the playground my son prepared him a good sand dinner

Esme-Alice helped me correct yesterday, in the sun. We're having some awesome weather these last couple of days, and winter is finally forgotten. Look how well I pampered her...

Because she is so pretty Wink

But she had to work to get there! She is sitting in between me and my dad. I was correcting reading portfolio's and dad was correcting exams. Fun times!

I did not understand what you meant by 'correcting' yesterday so I thought I would wait for the pictures before commenting, I understand now Smiley
The garden seat is so pretty! Like a fairytail horses carriage Cheesy

What is the weather like over there? It is winter here, so summer in Belgium?

Ellie is not here yet, I hope she comes soon because term one of flying trapeze ends soon and I don't want her to have to wait a whole month before term two. Also we are going on a road trip in two weeks but I'm sure she will be here by then.

@Idlers: Yes, I teach Dutch and English. I must admit though, that Dutch is NOT my favourite. Maybe it's because it's my first year, but so far my colleagues haven't been really helpful, and I had to do it all by myself. Not much fun. English has always been a particular favourite, so I hope I can switch to only English soon.

@Lunamione: I sent Ellie without DC so I have no idea where she might be. She did not return, so I guess she made it through customs Wink. That garden seat is a blessing. It's German, and it ressembles the beach baskets that they would use at the seaside. It's ideal for this weather, because you can sit in the sun, and be protected from all the wind. Because it's Spring here, the very early beginnings, it's still pretty cold sometimes, but we had some great sunny days so far. Makes us all very happy! *and the pupils extremely unconcentrated Tongue*
