Congrats MeganCrafts!

Ihaka and I have been furiously working away on his scrapbook, printed off some more photos today of our big trip down south walking around the Queen Charlotte Sounds, so will have more of that to do this weekend.

So just to note we are still here and still having fun, now scrapbooking and crafting to fill the parcel to send home in a month or so, I like to have things organised...hehehe. ..Ihaka is also helping me craft for family birthdays coming up too.

Wow Foxy Sam you seem so organized, I never seem to be able to start my scrapbook early.

I need to start working on my scrapbook if for no other reason than I have like 100 photos printed so far. Shocked Cheesy Darn all the photo printing sites (shutterfly, snapfish, etc.) going x number of prints for free! Makes me just print tons and then...well, I need to figure out what to do with them all!

(It also doesn't help that I TAKE so many photos in the first place. My LV folder on my hard drive has 350 photos in it!)

Oh my gosh, it's almost August!  Yep, gotta get going on the scrapbook.... How big do people usually make their scrapbooks?  Like a full 12 x 12 inch book?  Seems kind of big, but I might bind my own... I usually keep things pretty small, but maybe I should go a little bigger for this...?

I was kind of wondering the same thing.  I've never actually made a scrapbook before.

I always buy a small album or journal to use--the pages always fit a 4X6 photo plus a little bit of embellishment/captions (approximately 6"x8").

I was figuring on either a 6x6 or an 8x8.  8x8 is "standard", but sometimes you can find the 6x6 ones.

Everyone's photos are simply amazing!!  Sorry I haven't posted a whole bunch of pictures.  My camera died on me again (cries)  I've been using my ipad though, so I'm not totally without a camera.  I hope to get it replaced before I go on vacation to my mom's.  I start my vacation in about a week and a half so we'll get to do lots! Smiley  Can't wait!!
