Thanks, all!  I saw these in the catalog and had to try them.  I am planning to give my mom a set for her bday next month, but I love them so much I will have to make some to keep, too!

The interfacing is called Inn-spire Plus, for anyone interested.  It it quite hard when cooled down.

Ha!  Good groaner of a pun! 

And IAMTHELIE - you really should try them - they are really pretty easy overall!  Just a little fiddly with the stitching around the outside. 

I have made a third one - a birch leaf.  Need to post it when I get the chance!

Thanks, everyone!  Here is a pic of the third one I made - the birch leaf.  These are the three that come with the pattern, but I googled leaf outlines, and have another I printed off that I am going to try when I get some time. 

But here is the Birch Leaf:


I think I did a bit better with the satin stich around the edges - did the corners differently, too, and I think they came out better.  Give me another 20 to do and I should be an expert at it!!   Cheesy
