I am so bummed my package didn't arrive today--the post office told my partner today at the lastest. Good thing my husband and I are going tomorrow and not to the Midnight showing tonight....hopefull y it comes tomorrow--it's in the state--it better be!

yea, my partner's package was supposed to arrive yesterday, but I see it is still in transit.  It looks like it is in her town, so hopefully it will get delivered today....

I received from Alatarial a few days ago and am super happy with my items! I wanted items that were 'subtly' Hunger Games related this time, and she delivered!

First is an arrowhead pendant on a leather cord. She bought it from a Native American tribe, super cool!


Second is a pair of blue sea glass earrings.  Blue for the color of Peeta's eyes (fave character).


Perfect length when worn.


Thanks again, Elen! I will definitely be sporting these for the midnight premiere (Only 7.5 hours to go!)

ok my camera and I have desided to be friends again so now i can show off the goodies i recieved fron JennaDickes.
I requested a hoop to start a hoopla wall in my room and to be honest i squealed for joy when i opened the envelope and saw this!

i love the detail! so many french knots! and wonderful shadeing on the cave! The Katniss root drawing is definatly going in a frame...im thinking with some dark green background paper? and i love the purple behind the mockingjay in the pendant...how did you do the pendant JennaDickes i was gonna ask earlier but forgot. (silly me)

I have a hunch that we will be seeing this movie quite a few times over the next few weeks! My husband and I are planning to see it this weekend.

But I've decided I CAN'T hate the actors they chose for Peeta and Katniss, even though I really want to, because of other parts they have played in other movies, which probably doesn't make sense to you guys but whatever. Let's just saying hating dude that's Peeta, even though he does NOT pull off being a blonde, equals hating Markl in Howl's Moving Castle and I just can't bring myself to do that. Curse you, casting directors!
