Wow, I'd be impressed with these hats even if you'd been crocheting a long time, but it's even more impressive coming from a beginner.

whaaaat?!? so amazing! i have been crocheting for over 10 years and my stitches still aren't as consistent as yours. you've definitely got the makings of a great new hobby, and/or a crafty business venture if you ever want to sell them...  Wink

Men who knit and crochet are totally cool!

I also can't believe you have only been crocheting two months. And already making your own patterns. Very impressive. Some people just have talent.

I have to comment, too...ToTaLLy ImpReSSiVe!!  Shocked

I've been crocheting since about 10...awful little doll clothes and blankets...  You definitly have a talent that some of us have not been born with.  I still crochet, but shy away from the kinds of things you are designing and making with EXCELLENT results!  I've learned knitting and make my hats that way...not NeaRly as creative as yours are!

Gotta love anyone who is fearless and tackles anything head on!

I love that you took your basics and figured out how to get to where you wanted...the Gir hat is my favorite, although you look like a superhero in your Megamen hats!

Hope to see more of your work!

Those are great. My sister is the real superhero fan, but they made me smile.

I'm like that in everything I do.  If I really like it, I usually develop a passion for it and just go all out early.  I push myself (sometimes way too hard too fast) because I feel I will get it if I really want it.

And another hat should be dumped here very soon.  Still tinkering with a few designs...
