I'm using a new process that I developed awhile back.  I have applied for a patent on the process, so I can't really tell you how it's done yet.  But as soon as the lawyer is done with this I'll let you all know.

Is it water tight or do you need to only use it for dry goods?

I'm still working on the waterproofing.  At this point it's mostly decorative.
