This is my favorite dessert to make- it has the consistency of a cheesecake but is so easy! It takes 20 minutes, including prep and baking, and only has four ingredients! I haven't posted ten times yet, so it won't let me add a picture on the forum, but here is a link to some pictures of when I made it. So good!

4 egg yolks, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup key lime juice (or lime juice). mix, pour into graham cracker crust (the crust is the 4th ingredient)- bake at 350 for 15 minutes and it's done!

Wow. I have a real problem keeping away from the key lime pie. My only salvation was that I didn't know how to make it.... With great knowledge comes great responsibility, I guess. I never would have guessed it was this easy! Thank you!
