i would just like to add in my two cents again  a craft along i think would be amazing! sort of like an art therapy group type thing. i would totally join that! i think i would be more comfortable with that here (online) vs. group therapy in a center type thing

Craftalong / therapy sounds like a great idea to me!  I love that Anguish is made from odd bits and old 'mistakes'... more than a little truth in that statement!

I love this so much.  I suffer from depression and anxiety too, and I know that feeling all too well.  I think I need to make one of my own, complete with a "Please do not feed the Anguish" sign.  What a perfect idea.
