I didn't get my 4" by 6", but I got a lime green marker with the same message.  Cheesy

I haven't seen this thread!! I've taken part in the letters to home, and am taking part in the mystery project too!  I've not got my mystery project package yet though... impatiently waiting Smiley

I like the diversity of what we've all received - similar to the 4 x 6 craftster swap!

Here's what I received from the Art House 4 x 6. I love it. She had a dried flower on the upper left and lower right corners, but they were mostly missing by the time I received it. I still love it. You can check our her blog here: iamrushmore.blogspot.com. She has a flickr account listed on her blog. She does postcard swaps, so I thought one day soon, I'd make her a postcard and surprise her. Anyway, here's the art (forgive my photography skills):

And I was planning on joining round 2 of the 4 x 6 on craftster, but I wasn't sure if I could squeeze out something good as I have several things going on at the moment, so I didn't sign up. And then I made the following (based on an Amanda Cass painting). I like it, so it will go on my wall  Cheesy

I'm going to have to start framing my 4 x6 pieces. First, I have to figure out the best way display the one I got from Smmarrt!

Cool stuff. The butterfly is lovely - is it watercolor? Pencil? And the other piece is so original. Love the colors.

Well, I have a pack of those 4 x 6 frames from Ikea so I thought I would paint them and then use those to frame my pieces. I like to hang them in a group, like a quilt. I hope to finish painting my bedroom at the end of May so I'll post a pick when the 4 x 6 art is framed and displayed.

Still thinking about robots. And I need to get my self-portrait in the mail soon.

I think it's acrylic.

I haven't started my robot either.

I've got my mystery project!  Mediteranean blue with  "Things and the people and the places that use them"  It's so vague yet not (if you know what I mean) I'm sure I'll think of something.. now, one big masterpiece or several small ones spread about everwhere?

Oh, and I'm going to go double check, but do you suppose we can use a black marker or pen to outline our drawings?

I think you can use anything and everything, as long as you somehow use the marker.

I'm glad they sent out some different assignments. When Smmarrt got the same one I did, I was afraid there was only one title!  Cheesy
