So the ArtHouse Coop is offering 10 projects in the next few weeks (some have already started and closed enrollment) and some are free and some cost money. I thought it would be inspiring to view each others projects since many of us won't be able to travel to Brooklyn to see the completed works.

The projects listed so far:

The Adventure Project (free)
The Photo Response Project (free)
The Self-Portrait Project ($25.00)
The Map Project (free)
The Things Found Series (free)
    #1 - The Fridge
The 4 x 6 Exchange - 1 (closed) and 2 (free to join but need to send a SASE)
The Jar Project (closed)
Letters to Home (free)
The Meal (free)
The Chronicle Project (closed)
The Note Swap (closed)
The Mystery Project (closed)

So, like with the Sketchbook Project threads, I could post the participants and their projects, and each of you can post your WIPs and completed projects. Is anyone else participating? So far, I am doing the 4 x 6 and the Self-Portrait.

Alright! Post your art here and also what you receive...should be fun.

For the self portrait, I think I will cut my childhood face in the shape of New Jersey and my adult face in the shape of California. That's the plan so far....Two halves of my face, I mean...

And the 4 x6 piece - I'm still fussing with lettering vs. rubber stamped letters vs. cut out letters.

I might be finished with my 4" by 6". Maybe I'll post it here and see if you can help me. It seems like it needs something.

I'll probably wait until the last minute to do my 4 x 6. I'm suffering from art anxiety! I did finish my 4 x 6 for the current craftster swap!

I thought about doing the self portrait, that sounds kinda fun. I may make one anyway!

Here's my 4 by 6. I'm going to pop it in the mail tomorrow. Not my usual style, but I had fun doing it.

I can't wait to see what I get in return!

Thanks! There was absolutely no planning involved in the design or execution. But perhaps you could tell by looking at it.
