hey everybody,
ive been looking for crafty people to hang out with in the souitheast WI northeast IL area, and its just not happening. everybody is from milwaukee or chicago, and while i love both cities, i really dont have the time (or money for gas) to drive way out to the city. so im on a mission to find fellow DIYers to start a craft group near the border of wis and il. just getting together with somebody else who lives to make would be great- pretty much everybody i know thinks im retarded for doing the things i do. they dont understand why i dont like mainstream things, so needless to say we dont really have much in common. so if youre out there, leave a reply, because im starting to wonder if im the only one around here that likes to make things.

I live in Elkhorn, WI ( smack in the middle of Walworth County) and I'm loving the idea of getting a crafting group going here!  Sign me up!

I lived here about 13 years ago, then moved down south, then moved back here this past August and I can't remember ANY of the area.  Things have changed so much over the years it's crazy!
