Awesome belladune, but I don't have a clue what this is. Your fibres always rock though.

Awe thanks!  It's a fibre processing machine.  Powered by me (for now) So now I can make my own batts to spin my yarn from.  I've got a lot of fibre that I really want to blend, and not spin as the are (like bamboo.  bamboo is tricky alone...)

This whole process interests me, cause I don't know anything about it. Enjoy your learning and playing, Bella Smiley

it's a really fun process, HSG!  I'll gladly keep sharing what I learn, that's one of the most fun parts of learning!

So excited for you!!  Love seeing those first batts.  Must open up a whole new world of spinning.  I really dream of having a drum carder someday.

Thanks!! It's so awesome to be able to do more then dye!  Brings a totally different level of creativity to it.  I'm excited for when I finally have time to add in the cool fibres I have sitting there.  Bamboo, ingeo, tencel, silks of all kinds, sparkles.  And to actually process the fleeces I have, and not have to do it by hand....
yup, everyone needs a drum carder.  I hope you get one soon!

Yay for having your own sheep!  One day I'd love a small flock...  so far it's more of a dream then anything that would come true.  The Fancy kitty, so far, is great!   Mind you, I've only done the 4 batts here, and one other.   But it seems pretty versatile, considering the amount of odd bits in that first on Cheesy
