This is my first double knitting project. Not finished yet, but I am very proud of it.

Yarn is from knitpicks.com
Pattern - http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/rainbow-scarf-10

I did a few things different from the pattern. I did an invisible cast on and a different edge technique.

Anyway, Enjoy !

I LOVE THIS! I have been wanting to try double knitting for a couple years, but I haven't wanted the frustration I thought I might feel from having to constantly start over. Maybe this project has inspired me to give it a go...?

Here are some videos that helped me out a lot.

Just the basic concept
Double Knitting - http://youtu.be/YEXLwmTB5Ts
Edging - http://youtu.be/0-BLtYkAfa8
Cast on - http://youtu.be/SQOZ8GWM9sE (Invisible)
Binding Off - http://youtu.be/wP_Bq3iwy2c

These videos have a different cast on and edging but very detailed.

Thanks. Its really easy. If you can do a 1x1 Ribbing you can double knit.
