Wow!  This is great!  I love how it flatters you.  It's funny because we think the shirring won't do that, but it does....
How did you decide your fabric measurements for the top and skirt?

It's been a while, but I think the shirring was 1 1/2 times my bust measurements and my skirt was 2 times. The shirring stretches and shrinks in all the right places, so it's pretty forgiving.
