A monster in a box was waiting for me at home yesterday.  Hubbie and roomies gathered round to see what was in it.  And here it is:

An inter-dimensional puffer fish!


Oh my, what is that in his mouth?


Close up of mini pin cushion (already put to use).


Just the extras (minus the candy, it had to be stuck in the refrigerator ASAP due to Texas sun)


IDPF couch with the crystal ball he will be holding for me inside of it.  For some reason I thought the ball was 3" but it is really 2 1/4" but it works well once the ball is inside IDPF.


Now he's cranky at me because I tried to put on his couch.


Hrm...I think I just got mooned.


Side view - I'm in love with his eyes.


And one final shot, face front!  This guy will always win the stare down!


Thank you very much Suereal!  I adore the monster and he definitely gets me in the right mood for meditation - smiling and happy.

Wow, Suereal does it again!  That is one awesome pufferfish pouch!!  All those eyes in different sizes and colors are brilliant--you must have quite a collection!  And the goodies hiding inside are all so fun.  Really great!!

How monsterly!  I knew right away the monster was by surreal...it is the eyes and eyes that give it away!

I'm so glad he fits your crystal.  It is probably a good thing the crystal is smaller then you were thinking.  Puffer came out a bit smaller then I was thinking it would.

Yes, I have a rather extensive collection of eyes.  The first place I go at thrift stores is the craft section, to look for eyes.  Once upon a time, a very long time ago, I got 5 large bags of assorted eyes at a thrift from a craft store that had closed down.  So if you see a blue or pink eye, that is where those came from.  I buy clear eyes, so I can back them with sparkly contact paper.  I have been trying to use at least one of those on each project I do.

And thanks so much for the lovely photo spread hoboe.  It made me feel all warm and gushy
