Yep! I could almost walk to Canada and get there faster than some of my packages...

And, I was at school from 7:15 am until 6:45 pm, and then went to be a "presence" at a city council meeting (they're supposed to vote on an issue concerning our health insurance), I left at 7:45 and got home at 8:15. A very long day!! So, as soon as I change over the laundry so I have clothes to wear tomorrow, I am plopping on the couch with hook, yarn & pattern...

And, I never did get to those projects... tomorrow is another (long) day!

I got another 6 1/2 inches crocheted while watching tv tonight, now I think I need to get a couple more colors of yarn Cheesy Also, I made a ton of small little motifs with the intention of joining them into wrist warmers or something for a swap at one point but ended up changing my mind (after making quite a few of the motifs, but before joining them together), and found one today and realized it works with Kookaloo's colors so am going to throw that in as a bonus. I probably sent some of them out last year too.

How is everyone coming along? I have a couple done. Just been alternating between this and two projects for people. I love love love the one I did last night! I will be using that pattern again for sure.

I got almost one whole motif done last night before I got too tired to make sense of the last round. I'm as tired right now, so I won't attempt it. And, I won't be grading projects, either! Honestly, it isn't fair to grade projects when I'm tired... I get grumpy faster...

So, I think I'll toss in more laundry (it never ends!!) and watch a bit of TV. Then make an early (or earlier) night of it.

I did two motifs tonight while watching tv with the boyfriend. He used to hate when I did something else while we are watching tv, but I think he's finally resigned to the fact that I have to do something or I get fidgety. I'm almost done with Kookaloo's! Although a few of them definitely need to be blocked.

I'm the same when we're watching movies, my hands need to be occupied. I haven't made any more progress, I'm not sure what to do next.

I haven't gotten any further than my post on March 27th! But, the good news is that I managed to get my grades done and posted on the day that grades closed!!

It's a miracle, and I'm very proud of myself. So now, instead of stressing out and counting down the minutes until tonight's midnight deadline, I can finish up a paper craft project and then get out my hook!

Yay!

Yay for having that finished!

I haven't worked on this swap anymore, (am still almost done with 1 of 3 partners lol) but I just spent the last week finishing up two quilts, one for a swap that I sent out today, and another for my best friend! Now I can be in crochet mode for awhile! I'm going to Vegas at the end of next week, so I'll see what project I want to take with me! Motifs might not be the best travel project because I would want lots of different colors, maybe I'll take some embroidery.
