I made this for the totally awesome rlynn in the Terribly Important SOB swap! She has been dubbed the "Marchioness of Finesse and Creativity" so I wanted to make her a Terribly Important shrine. I made it in turquoise and red because Her Marchioness likes that color combo. I found the laser cut wood frame at Michael's and made a box, about an inch deep, to fit behind it for awesome shadow box/shrine effect lol. I painted to wood frame red, and very lightly dry brushed over it with black paint. The picture flattens it a bit, but all the things inside the frame are popped out a little to add dimension.

It look pretty awesome IRL and I really wanted to adopt the name so I could keep it for myself, but alas, it was meant to be with the Wonderful rlynn!

This is fantastic! It's a shrine fit for her Marchioness of Finesse and Creativity Smiley. I also love the color combo and your use of the wood frame. I always see those at Michaels but have never picked one up.
