It has been far far too long since I've posted anything in craftster!

I saw a tutorial for this bracelet online and decided I had to make one for myself. I used 2mm brown leather cord, jade beads, green sewing thread, and a jewel charm for the clasp.

You can find the tutorial here: http://www.rings-things.com/blog/2011/03/08/how-to-make-wrapped-leather-bracelets/#.T1LucvFBt2B

Hope you all like my rendition of the leather wrap bracelet Smiley

You used regular sewing thread?Huh? I didn't think you could! Also, did you use a beading or a sewing needle?

Yes but I doubled the thread before I did the beading (i.e. so there are 2 strands going through each bead rather than just 1). I used a regular sewing needle because the holes through the beads I used were quite small. Honestly, this project was more of a "use whatever you have" than a "go out and get all the right stuff"  Tongue
