I love everything about this. The globe may be my favorite, though. I was thinking the shelf needed a skull...i.e. "alas, poor Yorick", and behold! a whole cubby full!
And the library book card touches the heart of this oldster.

Now, I'm wondering what a scoring board is.

For some reason it was important to me that all the books opened and had pages with content.

I second this. Really, really cool! I love how they look spread out in a jumble: just like real bigger books! Love the globe and check-out card too.
