I came home yesterday to find the package waiting for me. After this stressful week (car breaking down, getting strep, and preparing for school art critiques) this was exactly what I needed to cheer me up Smiley . Thanks to Flower for being understanding, and for being a great first swap partner.

First of all the best box I've ever gotten anything wrapped in, I literally was just at the store the night before and was like crackers sound good, I was like that's ironic...

Anyway on to my awesome stuff from Flower:
First the extra goodies, an Oregon post card and some little Perfection Beer images (not really sure what they are, but the gnome/dwarves are cute).

A Lausenschlange "snake skin" headband that fits perfectly (I never find headbands that aren't too tight). And an awesome clock necklace Monroe would love.

Two bracelets. A Teesha Moore style cuff with Puka Shells, with an elastic closure, and a red and green twisted wool bracelet.

Last but not least my new absolutely amazing Teesha Moore lap top sleeve. I was so excited for this one and my lap top fits into it perfectly Smiley

Again, thank you thank you thank you Flower. I love all of my stuff  Grin

Hooray!  I'm so glad you like everything and I'm glad it cheered you up.  I threw a gold lion button in at the last minute - it reminded me of last week's gold coins episode.  It might be somewhere on your floor if you haven't already found it.  Smiley

Wow! What great packages! I love that Teesha Moore laptop sleeve flower, great job. Do you have more pics of the patches? The Siegbarste gift one is awesome.

The briar rose jewellery is soooo pretty too! And I love the nook cover!

I am compulsively tracking my package to sirael and waiting and waiting to hear that it's been delivered, but no such luck yet! Hopefully Monday!

Teamama I did take more pictures of the patches I didn't want to take up too much space on the page though...they're all on my photo hosting though, if you're allowed to look through those. I don't know how that works

I'm totally going to try and look at them, because they look awesome, but you could post the thumbnail version here on the gallery if you like. That doesn't take up too much space when people are loading the pages and then we could click through to see the pics. It just looks like flower put in a lot of awesome work. Hopefully flower will make a posting for the sleeve on it's own and we could see pics there? I'm just kind of awed by teesha moore style anything because it's completely beyond me.

I was suprised to find my package from AMYoung3 on my porch this afternoon and I was giddy with excitement when I found the goodies inside!

First, Amy made my baby a headband.  She has a velvety jacket that matches it perfectly, so she's wearing it to church tomorrow.

Next, a BEAUTIFUL sewing machine cover that combines quotes and imagery from Rumpelstiltskin and Iron John.  I love, love, love it and the photo simply does not do it justice.  The main fabric is a rich chocolate brown.  Not only will I now have a gorgeous sewing machine, but it will also keep a certain two year old's fingers off of it!  Smiley

Third, a set of really, really cool GRIMM magnets.  My favorite ones are the Blutbad Monroe and Captain Renard.  Oh, Captain Renard, who are you REALLY and what are your motives?  The suspense is driving me nuts.

Notice the lovely red lace under the magnets above?  That is the outside cover of the amazing shadow box Amy made.  It shows the three little pigs and Goldilocks fighting back against the wolf.  I absolutely love it!  I might put it in the baby's room, but I'm still deciding.

Amy, I really love everything.  Thank you so much for being my partner.  I hope you've enjoyed your first swap!
