I've been enjoying making lots of sock animals lately and when I saw this craft challenge I thought it would be a great opportunity to make a 'two for the price of one' sock critter.

Two animals, at opposite ends of the speedometer, combined as one

First a hare





Then a tortoise





The transition stage
