I made this clutch for my partner in the Grimm/Fairy-tale swap.
She was a big fan of Monroe (one of the main characters, who's a Blutbad - a "big bad wolf" except he's not bad... he's reformed). and I wanted to knit her something that resembled a wolf-pelt. It's a tweed acrylic held together with a black eyelash yarn. I knit a long rectangle and then decreased one stitch at either end until it came to a point. Then I sewed up the sides and stitched a button on - voila - envelope clutch!

C&C Welcome,
Tea.

A very grizzled wolf pelt to mak that clutch, it's excellent.

It's really very soft and pettable though!

I love Monroe! This is a cool interpretation of the theme. The clutch is adorable.
