Made two of these last night for snacks today.

Supplies
1 orange
1 lemon
3 medium strawberries

Steps

Slice and squeeze orange and lemon into a bowl.

Chop strawberries.

Pour layer of strawberries into bottom of popsicle mold.  I use these molds by Tovolo.  I love them because they can stand as singles or I can make a set of six in the full tray.

Freeze until layer of strawberries are set in bottom of the mold.  If you don't freeze this layer, it will float. Wink

Remove from freezer, add orange and lemon blend and another layer of strawberries.

Insert stick/lid and freeze.

Eat! Smiley  I don't add sugar, so the middle section is a little tart.  Perrrfectly tart!

These look beautiful and delicious.  I think my two year-old and I will have to try these when the weather warms up (perhaps tomorrow for those of us here in the south!)!

Yum!  I've bookmarked this page and plan to make these once I get some popsicle molds.  I guess I must have got rid of mine when my sons grew up.

Glad you guys like!  It's actually pretty chilly here today (and we're in a tornado watch at the moment -- what?), but I was SO craving a sweet, fresh treat.  Hit the spot!

Ooh! I'm on tornado watch, too! My second one ever. I only moved to the south this year. So to commemorate the event, I'm making dark and stormys tonight. Nothing like a nice cocktail to keep one's mind off swirling death falling out of the sky. Tongue
