On a whim I had the idea to make this. I've been obsessed withe idea of making a little diorama/scene but wasn't sure what to do. Ariel is my favorite princess so I chose this one. I wanted it to be a little sassy so she's out there topless, if you notice her seashell bra on on the beach next to Sebastian. Flounder is also hanging out next to her. I loved doing the water the most. It's 3 thin layers. I did translucent clay mixed with purple, then deep blue, then a light blue and layered them and after baking I glazed them for a cool dimensional look. I printed out an image of a ocean skyline then glued it to the wall of my diorama.

I'm thinking I need to do all the Disney princesses now. Grin

this is clever!  I get a kick out of the idea that she's being a little naughty.... Cheesy   Wonder if poor Sebastian's having an aneurysm!  hahaaha!
