My Awesome Possum Helix Scarf (Finally!)

I traded Jemimah some DMC floss for some Merino possum blend yarn last year about this time, and pretty much as soon as it got here I started knitting.  And then I put it down, and picked it up and put it down again and finally felt it needed to be finished so I picked it back up and finished the last 2 inches! Nearly a year later  The pattern is the Helix pattern I found in an issue of Spin Off.  But it's basically a short row repeat along the edges.
