I got a fabulous BIG package in the mail today from lindyv321!  Look at all the things she sent me:  bookmarks, a big mug, a big bag of gummy candy (which I love!), a bag of buttons, a rhinestone birthday sticker, and a little house picture frame ornament!

I saw these cute embroidered bookmarks on HER pinterest, and pinned them to mine.  That was all the hint she needed to make them for me!  I love the raccoon and the peacock feather!  The embroidery is beautiful!  I will enjoy using these (and I love that they won't fall out of the book because the elastic holds them in place).

I love big mugs for my morning coffee, and this one has a chalkboard area for messages!  So cute and fun!

Thanks so much, Lindy, I am really loving everything you sent!

Cute bookmarks! I don't know why I never think to make elastic ones like that, but it is brilliant!

I am sitting at the airport, my flight having been delayed by 4 hours, thinking I KNOW I have something that I need to do.... Post the pictures of the wonderful birthday package I got from calluna!

She sent me a fantastic book on Altered Art that I have been looking through almost every night getting ideas, a really cool pouch, an eyelet setter tool, some beautiful ceramic and wood beads, watch parts (awesome!), gorgeous bracelets (see the second picture), and the eyelet tool was wrapped in adorable owl fabric with the softest yard wrapped around it. I am excited to use the yarn in some altered art! She also sent an adorable card which you can sort-of see in the top right of the picture

All together:

The bracelets (I have worn these twice already - they are really comfortable and look super cute on!)

Thank you calluna! I really appreciate everything! Your thank you card is in the mail!

Everything is amazing! Those bracelets look wonderful and so soft. The detail in embelishing all of these lovely birthday gifts is wonderful. Love the mouth pocket on the OctoBear. I finished my birthday math final and tomorrow get to craft most of the day away. Look out Alchamy513, hopefully you don't get random crafty bits flung from afar whilst I craft like a mad woman for you. I've had ideas popping up since I signed up. I can't wait to get started.

Giving credit where credit's due, the bracelets were inspired by these, by missficklemedia.com . DawnsTrees had them on one of her Pinterest boards, and I fell in love with them! But I didn't want to completely rip off the idea, and couldn't make them quite as nice. Now I need to make a few for myself!
Also, I originally received the Altered Art book in a swap a few years ago from kittykill (and I devoured it during that time so that its contents are now permanently etched into my memory  Cheesy), so now it's gone back to the Pacific NW from whence it came, oddly.  Smiley

Wow! Everything this month looks so awesome and lovely! I can't believe I haven't been around more, March has been a far busier month then I ever thought I would be! I'm sending off my claim tonight, and I've also got pictures from the package I received from Stelolina! She sent me glow in the dark image transfers that I'm just itching to try, postcards for my post card wall, and this AWESOME t-shirt!:

It's the sign in ASL for 'pride'! I may or may not have squealed when I opened this. =]

Thank you so much Stelolina!
