Looking good! I'm actually amazed about how did you got all those parts in a bottle? Some All of them look bigger than tip of the bottle!

The mouth of the bottle was only an inch in diameter so the larger parts, like the base, had to be cut into pieces and assembled inside.

this is amazing, a friend of mine is leaving the state to go to school and is a huge docotr who fan, i want to make this for her. do you have instructions on how you did this?

Wow.  I know that's nowhere near an adequate response to this amazing piece of craftstership, but I'm searching for superlatives and nothing truly fitting is coming to me.  Clever, ingenious, spectacular -- how's that for a start?  You do the doctor(s) proud.
