I love Once Upon a Time on ABC and the mayors black and white office. we're looking for a new house and I want to have the wall behind our bed covered in birch trees. on ebay they have some stick on decals and a really expensive mural. I was wondering of any of you guys had other ideas or sources. I don't want to paint a whole birch forest since we are renting and I'd want to take it with me.

If you painted it on a drop sheet, would you be able to hang it?

What about wallpaper? You don't need to put up with paste. You can use staples and tape. Measure out your wallpaper strips then lay them on the ground, design side down. Use masking or clear packing tape and tape each of the strips together. Have someone help you hold it up to the wall. It may help if you roll up one end and have the person unroll as you staple. Go slowly and staple as close to the ceiling and the floor as possible. You may need to staple near the edges of the wall.

I found a metallic birch wallpaper here
http://blinds-wallpaper.net/wallpaper/WALLPAPER/TREES-AND-PLANTS/TREES/Birch-Tree-Grey-Wallpaper/prod_2705.html   for $68 a roll that covers 50 sq. ft. It's not pre-pasted so I might try spray adhesive .

I think I might do the whole house black and white with little splashes of color.
