i just finished this plaque and i wanted to share!  a friend commissioned it for a wedding gift, because i made one for her years ago and the bride always compliments her on it.  anywho . . .

it's just a simple decoupage project.  i cut out the circles, run the edges along a black ink pad (barely does anything, but totally necessary!), then 'draw' the letters on with a fine tip permanent marker.  i use these pens called 'precise', because they bleed less and the black color is closer to black ink.  then just paste it all on your black painted plaque!

i use a variety of scrapbooking papers along the border, just tear and paste!
