Wendiek, I know what you mean about not wanting to craft close to the deadline.  I hope you can join, but no pressure!

Fiddlegirl8, yes, there was a different monster heading up this idea yesterday! But he is shy and wanted someone else to be the "spokes-monster".

Ohhh.... I might have to pass on this swap. I have no experience with zippers, in fact they scare me! Ha ha.... Therefore maybe I'll practice and watch this one and join the next swap

CraftyMamaBee, zippers are NOT required for this swap!  You can make a pouch with a flap that closes with velcro; or without a flap that closes with a button and loop of cord.  Any other ideas for making a zipper-less pouch, anyone?

Oh CraftyMamaBee, that is such a shame! Sewing a zipper isn't as difficult as it may seem (if you use the zipper foot in the right direction, hahaha) You could see it as a challenge!!!

Or like Leslie suggested, make a monster with velcro, button. Or use two pieces of ribbon as closure, a magnet closure... or no closure at all  Wink

And I am really thinking hard about this!! It is so tempting!!

Oh and Susan, you added such cute monsters, no correct: spiffy monsters  Cheesy !!

Wow, what a great idea! I'd love to join!
I just joined the crafters a few days ago and here's the challenge: we live in Moscow, Russia. I never tried to mail something and I'm not sure, if mail arrives in time Huh
Please let me know if that's ok with you. If so, I gladly join the swap  Cheesy

Best wishes
Christiane
