Hope you like my first post!  I recently purchased a top from a thrift store. When I got it home I realized that it was just a bit too small.  I fixed it by inserting a panel in the back.  I have a full tutorial here:

Great idea! This makes shirts more awesome when they either stop fitting or are too cute not to buy but are that tiny bit small.
