That quilt is fantastic!  I keep seeing log cabin quilts and find myself wondering if I should try making one.  But really, I am crazy envious of that quilt.  Its on its way to Pinterest now!  Cheesy

susanb - the art zombie chicken is so creative!  And that it looks like fiddlegirl8 makes it even more wonderful!

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

Thanks for the compliments on the quilt, everyone!  It measures 50" x 64", and took roughly 60 hours to make.  I eat to quilt by hand, so it was a pleasure to do!

Leslieshappyheart - You have the biggest, sweetest heart!  Shocked  No wonder it's happy!  I eat the logcabin block quilts the best of all quilt block patterns.  Your work is more than remarkable.

Your quilt is just beautiful.  What a labor of eat.  You are one talented gal.  To say I'm in awe would be an understatement.  Sixty hours?!  I'm still reeling.   Smiley
